In this video, I present my project called Islamic Dashboard, an application I created using Flutter, a powerful open-source framework by Google for building cross-platform apps with high performance and beautiful UI. The main goal of this project is to design a modern Islamic app interface that combines elegant visuals with meaningful Islamic features for everyday use.
The Islamic Dashboard serves as a daily activity center for Muslims. It includes several main features such as daily prayer times, dhikr and dua reminders, daily Islamic quotes, and quick access to the Qur’an and Hijri calendar. All these features are displayed neatly in one responsive dashboard layout, making it easy for users to access what they need at any time.
From the design perspective, I chose a minimalist and calming style with soft green and beige tones to create a peaceful and spiritual atmosphere. The interface follows Material Design principles, ensuring clarity, balance, and consistency. The header section displays a greeting message like “Assalamualaikum” or “Good morning, may your day be blessed,” which changes automatically based on the time of day. This adds a warm and personal touch to the overall experience.
On the technical side, this project focuses on clean code and smooth performance. I used Stateless and Stateful Widgets, navigation routes, and simple state management to handle data and interactions efficiently. All assets such as icons, fonts, and Islamic illustrations are well-organized in their respective folders to keep the project structured and easy to maintain.
The video also showcases the complete development process — from the UI design in Figma to the Flutter implementation inside Visual Studio Code. I demonstrate how animations, transitions, and adaptive layouts were built to make the dashboard responsive on different screen sizes, whether on smartphones or tablets.
Through this project, I aim to show that technology can be a tool for faith and inspiration. By combining design creativity, programming logic, and Islamic values, this Islamic Dashboard reflects how digital products can be both functional and spiritually uplifting.
